Completely unreliable. We paid for a monthly service and continuously had to check in after 6 weeks to see if this guy was going to come by and cut our lawn. Several excuses and now won’t respond. Last time he mowed our lawn was mid March. I paid the latest invoice on 4/4 and still no one has been out. Upon our last correspondence (when Karl would answer) he tried to get us to pay more for a bi-monthly service. Not sure why I would be paying more money if he doesn’t even come monthly as is.

Grass masters has been servicing my yard for about a year now. I have had many others come and go but these guys are the REAL DEAL! On time and always professional. My old company broke multiple of my sprinklers but NOT these guys are SO careful and do a great job! 100% recommend!
