Contacted Grass Masters Lawn Care after a problem with their snow plowing arose. Was almost immediately told it was not their problem, cussed at and hung up on. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND.
I am living at an apartment complex that grass masters plows in the winter. They decided to put a snow pile by my car covering the rear tire completely and can’t open the driver door. When contacted I was told to “use the passenger door it’s not their problem” along with quite a bit of profanity. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful would never recommend. Would give 0 stars if allowed.
Friendly, thorough, reliablei
They have tackled all kinds of work outside for us! This is my second year to work with Jeff, Curt, and Kristi. They are great. They respond to text quickly and come on time. I appreciate we can discuss what solutions will work best for my yard and family. For spring tune-up, they have pruned, mulched, aerated, rolled, seeding, and pulled out old bushes.
