After first treatment, I clearly seen areas missed and the application was applied rather quickly therefore appears to be very thin. I asked Grass Master to come back, evaluate and re-apply as needed. They replied; I evaluated your lawn and found no areas missed. Furthermore, the fertilizer settles in and I shouldn't complain after 4 hours of application. I've lived in several homes in central Ohio and have always had my lawn treated by companies that respect the customer, this is not one of them.
