Great company! Have been doing business with GrassMaster for years. They take pride in their work. Locally owned, important to me when I choose a service business.
GrassMaster has fertilized my lawn for the past couple of years. On Tuesday of this week, they came out to do the first treatment of the year, after 5 days if rain. My yard was way too soggy to be on especially with some type of ride-on spraying tractor! When I called because of the ruts and mud that they left on my lawn, they sent someone out to look. Very happy with our lawn. Our technician does a wonderful job and my lawn has not looked better! Everytime I call in their customer service reps are very nice and their follow up is fantastic!
Used them for one year for fertilization and was happy with their service. We decided to update our landscaping and called them the beginning of March (while snow was still on the ground) for a design and quote. We were happy with the price quoted and told Steve Drabek to move forward but the job had to be done by April 30. He stated that there would be no problem meeting our deadline since it was 6 weeks out. This is when we got to experience the complete lack of communication and customer service of this company. They installed new lawn and did much more than other landscaper would do for the same price. Scheduling was a problem because of the weather, but they seemed more timely than other companies.
We were away on vacation when the garden was installed and it looks great. We had contacted the office on the Saturday to let them know that we wanted them to go ahead with the project. On that following Friday, the most of the garden was done. Their are a few plants and ornamental grasses on order that have not arrived, but I'm am so happy with what is done already. They were a little slow getting started but what a difference. We couldn't believe how one huge redesigned flowerbed transformed our backyard. It looks awesome! However we had 2 disturbances. They overcharged us for 1 service and we had a discrepancy on another. Despite these challenges, Grass Master demonstrated excellent customer service.
