We have used this company for a couple years. Never had a problem until yesterday. When we had App#2 we told, who I am assuming the office manager to skip #3, which they did. There is a note on our account that we will call them if we want another app. And they are to text my phone 2 days before they do the app. Which they did, but it wasnt my phone number. I reviewed this on their web site, but it wasn't posted since I gave 1 star review. Does that say something? First year of service was great service, but the 2 & 3rd year was a waste of money. I should have complained, but didn't. They will treat your lawn in a down pour, rain & 50 mile/hr. winds. My yard is a mess now. Don't throw your money & high hopes of a nice lawn away.
The first year the service was great. That was the first year. The second and third years were a waste of money. I wish I wouldn't have paid them a dime for the treatments. The treatments happened on a rainy day or a down pour. Just a few weeks ago I saw their truck out when the winds were to be 60 miles an hour. We have used this company for years. We were happy but a new man started coming last year. Disaster, weeds everywhere. My husband spoke to the man every time he came but it did no good. This year we cleaned up the problem spots and seeded. Same guy came out. Terrible results. We planned to talk with him one more time or quit service. Happy day! Our first wonderful man arrived for the treatment. Since he was back we called and asked that he be the only person to care for our lawn and that we felt the first treatment was not e... read more

Quoted me a price on aeration and weed control through email. Came and did the aeration within 2 weeks. Took 2 months of me calling and waiting to get them to treat for weeds. The weeds persisted after the treatment. I cancelled my service with them. They billed me for more than they quoted.I pointed this out to them. They said they had corrected my bill and I sent in payment with a note of the conversation. They are still billing me for the higher price than what was quoted. I will never use them again.
Initially came out too late, after weeds already set in. Didn't come back for another 2 months, and spent the rest of the summer/fall not eliminating the weeds, which they had no answer too. Last straw was when they came in October, there was about 6" of leaves on the ground and they still treated, and there answer was that leaves are porous, maybe a leaf or too yeah, but there knowledge and customer service is very subpar, would not recommend.
This company cannot follow directions. Do not use! I specifically spoke with Zach and said the back yard was off limits and not to go back there. Only the front yard was to be done. I looked out over the back upstairs porch and the guy is applying the spray all around my grapes! There's a sign on the garage, no trespassing and there is another fence in the backyard that he went through We have never applied pesticides to my backyard and the grapes have been there over 60 years.
