I called this company to get service for my elderly parents that live in the area. "John" answered the phone and took their information from me. He said it would be a couple of days before he could go by their property and then would email me a price quote. This was on a Wednesday and I told him that was fine as I would be going out of town for a few days. Very unprofessional! I found Grass Guru Lawn Care through google search. Don’t waste your time calling this guy. The owner came out, said he’d do our lawn care then never showed up. We tried contacting him numerous times trying to understand the delay in his service, not knowing if we should hire someone else. We waited over two weeks with no reply. He finally answered our email saying, he’s not able to continue service, his mower needs replaced. Very inconsiderate way to operate a business.
