The quality of work is consistently poor, careless, and unprofessional. Despite landscaping services being included in our fees, our backyard has been repeatedly neglected and, when work is done, it is often completed with little regard for our property. I work from home, so I regularly witness the landscapers’ behaviour firsthand, in addition to receiving notifications from our security cameras throughout the day. Thank you Grass Gators. Great service and results. You were able to get rid of the clover I had battling myself for years. My grass has never looked better! Just signed up for another spring/ summer of services. I will have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood again this year! Only the first week of June and my grass is looking awesome!
Dawson did an outstanding job! He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. I especially appreciated that he checked the gates and ensured they were properly closed—it really showed his attention to detail and professionalism.
