Terrible communication and poor service. We finally decided to cancel and it took three emails to get them to respond with "confirmed". They didn't care as to why. Half of my grass is gone after using them for two years. They would either over cut or not show up for weeks, letting what was there become overgrown. They also blew grass clippings all over our front entryway. When I sent pictures of this I received no response. Our outdoor curtains were also damaged twice by their weed eater. Just a terrible company overall.
