If you live in the Idyllwild/San Jacinto area, don't bother... Guy wasted hours of my time on a "walk-through" just to tell me a week later that he wouldn't do the sale. He seemed on board while at the house and even said he wouldn't have spent so much time with us if he didn't think he could make a profit. Then talked to his buddies, they said don't do the sale because Idyllwild is too difficult to sell in. Edited to respond to owner: There is a Wendy in one of your Orange County locations. If she is not in your specific office, please feel free to forward to her location. HORRIBLE!! WENDY sold my dad's items and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Do not even respond saying this is a false review because it is not. They scheduled multiple times to go through things and then just apparently forgot and scheduled a last minute sale in which they were not properly prepared.
