AVOID Grasons Estate Sales franchisees because the franchisor does nothing to help you with any complaints about franchisees' poor performance and outright theft. I hired Grasons of Alameda County (owned by Anthony and Jennifer Yeoman) in November 2025 to help me dispose of the contents of a home belonging to a deceased friend in Oakland, CA. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Grasons Co of San Joaquin is a complete scam, they are not an actual Estate Sales Co. but rather flea marketers who after attaining a signed contract refuse to provide an accurate inventory of items to be sold and only a generalized sales transaction report. During what is supposed to be Estate sales they basically steal your property. Numerous items were missing, damaged and unaccounted for. This company sells its Franchises to individual people. When you have a valid complaint against one of their franchise owners, they merely take a note an place it in their file. Grasons the parent company won't assist you to make a situation right with one of their Franchise owners is my experience. They do not hold their Franchise owners accountable to what Grasons advertises on their website.
