BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Grasons Co of San Joaquin is a complete scam, they are not an actual Estate Sales Co. but rather flea marketers who after attaining a signed contract refuse to provide an accurate inventory of items to be sold and only a generalized sales transaction report. During what is supposed to be Estate sales they basically steal your property. Numerous items were missing, damaged and unaccounted for. This company sells its Franchises to individual people. When you have a valid complaint against one of their franchise owners, they merely take a note an place it in their file. Grasons the parent company won't assist you to make a situation right with one of their Franchise owners is my experience. They do not hold their Franchise owners accountable to what Grasons advertises on their website.
