Gras Lawn has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their lawn mowing and maintenance service is consistently reliable, professional, and top quality. The team is responsive, easy to communicate with, and always shows real care for keeping the property looking its best. Pricing is excellent for the value they deliver, and their follow‑through is outstanding. I have only used Gras Lawn services for a few months now but since I started working with them they have been very knowledgeable, the cheapest, and the most honest people I have worked with in my over 20 years of working in the maintenance and facilities industries. They will move stuff around to accommodation me and when they need to pivot from those accommodations there are no problems or issues they just keep moving while doing a great job. I would recommend them over and over again.
I am writing to acknowledge the outstanding work that was done by Brett, Francisco their crew at the Alice in Princeton Nj. They did an amazing job battling the elements, keeping our parking lots and walk ways clear during the duration of the storm on 1/25-1/26. We are extremely happy with their hard work and service throughout the 2025-2026 winter season as well. Unfortunately, the apartment complex where I live hired this company to cut down some trees in our parking lot. Instead of asking individual tenants to move their vehicles to a safer parking space, they decided to make the decision for me and cut down a large tree located next to my parked car. Unfortunately, my new car received several noticeable scratches on the window and panel. I spoke to a supervisor at Gräss to inform him that my car was damaged due to the tree cutting. They might keep lawns pretty but they are ill equipped for snow removal. My condo is a horrible mess. I am a senior citizen who moved here to have someone take care of these things for me.
