I am writing to acknowledge the outstanding work that was done by Brett, Francisco their crew at the Alice in Princeton Nj. They did an amazing job battling the elements, keeping our parking lots and walk ways clear during the duration of the storm on 1/25-1/26. We are extremely happy with their hard work and service throughout the 2025-2026 winter season as well. This is a contractor for slumlords. Our management company uses them. They blow debris on YOU and your car, leave the sidewalks a mess, and push large pieces of trash to the side and leave them (large cardboard boxes, styrofoam). They leave branches and sticks even when I make nice piles after removing them from walkways. Our lakewood based management company keeps hiring lakewood based contractors and none of you are responsible for trash and litter.
