I took my car to Grappne Honda for service yesterday. Everything went well with the work itself, and the staff was friendly and professional. However I was disappointed that no one informed me when the car was ready. I ended up waiting there for more than two hours before realizing it was done. It would be great if they could improve communication with customers when service is completed
