Absolutely 5 stars. This was my first time buying a car and Grappone made it an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and respect. The team was authentic, patient, and actually excited for me when I got my first car, it never felt like a sales pitch. They worked with me to get to a fair price and made the whole process easy. I loved every minute of it and will definitely be back. If you’re buying a car, go to Grappone.

While I haven’t bought a car through Ashley I will be sure to ask for her next time. Iv had some trouble with some paperwork there and Ashley is kind courteous and professional. Most of the previous times I have gone down in person but haven’t had much luck. Everyone there is nice there’s just a lack of communication. Ashley made me feel like a priority and I have confidence that she will help me get a resolution!
I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had at Grappone Ford. I was in the market for a fun Sunday driver and initially went to my local Chevy dealership to test drive a Corvette. Unfortunately, despite being a mature professional and a serious buyer, I was told they wouldn’t let me test drive the car. Needless to say, I walked out pretty disappointed. Grappone Ford is the best. Went the extra mile to get my accessories installed working around my schedule, always great for service. Last car was a used F-150, I gave them parameters of the price, year, and milage I was interested in and their sales team didn't contact me until they had at least 2 on the lot. Traded that in for a very generous trade in price and was able to upgrade to a new maverick with the fixings.
