Anthony Bacon was friendly and engaging in getting me the information I needed to drive 250 miles to make our Maverick purchase. Kevin was also very helpful and professional in filling in the balance of information we needed to complete the transaction. I visited 3 other dealers in person and 3 more on line but Grappone had the Ruby Red Hybrid we wanted and also offered the best deal with our trade-in.
John F. was great to work with. It was an easy process. He was friendly and very helpful, answered all my questions and made the process stress free. I have purchased several cars from Grappone. They’re my go to place for cars!

All aspects of the process of buying a new car have never in my experience been handled as well. A great dealership! I highly recommend John Fay for his professional approach.
