Wonderfull, wonderfull... Wonderfull One of the best Mediterranean place in Colorado. The cuisine is esquisite the chef is magic, priced correctly to goods used.
Grappa owes us money We have had similar problems with Grappa. Maurice contracted us to do work for Grappa in Dec of 2008. The job took 2 weeks. The total for the entire job was $1600. As of Feb 2010, Grappa still owes us $900.00. They haven't made a payment since August of 2009 and Maurice is always conveniently too busy to talk to us. We will be taking them to court. Good Atmosphere - Good Food Have eaten at Grappa several times and have never had a bad meal. The staff has always been professional and the Owner and Manager are always friendly and welcoming. Some of the best meals I have had are striped bass in parchment, lamb osso bucco, and the lobster ravioli. Very good food - very good atmosphere. Wonderful patio in the summer.

grappa bistro please dont give this place your business they dont pay thier employees they work you two weeks and when you ask when payday is thats when they fire you. they owe me and alot of other people money i only hope i can get the news down there but i will see them in court
great food and service, ambiance I enjoyed dinner with girl friends during Denver restaurant week. The Prix Fixe menu was mouthwatering. It was difficult to choose, but I had a lobster ravioli (amazing), duck confit (delicious) and rasberry creme brule (wonderful). My dining partners raved about their meals as well. The wine list was great and well rounded. Our waiter was friendly, professional and knowledgable. I look forward to a return trip to Grappa!

Join the Boycott! Grappa is two loser bums! The food that will likely make you sick, food born illness. The staff they currently owe paychecks too, not to mention sexual harrasment lawsuits. The former Boulder staff they owe money, before that Aspen kicked these bums out. The Chef used to work for a KNOWN terrorist supporter. And loves to talk about how stupid Americans are.
