Graphite is not only great with Apple products, they are are also great with people! This is an excellent local business that I've solicited many times over the past 9 or so years. I think they impress me more, each time that I come back.
Think Apple Store, less all of the headaches and long wait times. Jamie and Christian are customer service pros, and know how to diagnose your Apple hardware / software issues quickly and get you on your way. They also are great to work with on the B2B side if you have a company One quick tip to save everyone’s time is to back up your data to iCloud or iTunes on a computer before you go in! That will cut your time there in half
Fantastic service, period. I brought my Mac in for a screen issue and asked Michael to take a look. Turns out it was a cable issue and they took care of it. FOR FREE. Didn't charge me a dime for a quick look and a simple fix. I can't recommend them enough, based on my experience! I'll ABSOLUTELY use them in the future.
