I’ve shown up as a walk-in with no appointment several times and they were able to get me in within a few minutes, or even right away, despite how busy they were! The nail techs are super fast while doing a fantastic job and I am in and out of there within 30 minutes no matter the service being done (I usually get an acrylic fill, or an acrylic removal + gel manicure). I would highly recommend!
Thai did my wedding / honeymoon nails based off of an inspo picture on my phone. They look AMAZING! They were surprisingly busy for. Tuesday at 3 but I was a walk in and only sat for a couple minutes. Super super happy with my experience with Thai and the results
I’m not coming back. Went on a Thursday afternoon and the lady who got me was suuuuuper rushed. Did both my pedicure and manicure in 20 min total. Did my manicure standing up because it was so packed… felt rushed and not taken care of. Got mad at me when I finished and tried leaving the chair and got one single nail messed up… stomped back and forth to repaint. I honestly could have done the work better at home. I decided to go for a professional for cuticle work etc but never again at this place… dissatisfied and disappoint... read more
