Sat on our job for a couple weeks and did nothing, while making us call back repeatedly to find this out. Don't waste your time on this podunk operation, send your job to a real business in an actual city. That's what we ended up doing.
Took our job, sat on it for two weeks, made us call back repeatedly only to hear the same promise that we'd receive an estimate tomorrow...and tomorrow...and tomorrow...a promise never kept. Thank you for this sad but necessary reminder that, all too often in Olympia, attempting to buy local is synonymous with wasting one's time and energy - we're taking this job, and the many jobs that will follow from it, elsewhere.
