Great Products and helpful staff! Sometimes you just want to look around an art supply store without staff hovering. Other times, I need a staff member to help find a hard-to-find item. Graphaids staff are helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and show genuine interest in their customers. If you are a teacher, ask about their teacher discount card.

The staff at Graphaids knows their stuff. I get most of my art supplies from Graphaids because of the good prices and awesome crew!

Worst customer service ever seen – They seem to hate customers. They ran me off for trying to find a long list of supplies and (I guess) taking too long and asking too many questions, even though there were no other customers there and I was going to spend a lot of money. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. Moreover, their selection is not great, things are hard to find, and prices are very inflated. For example, for one item they priced at $95, I paid $55 at Blick's.
