I cannot recommend this place enough! From the very beginning, the leasing process was a dream. The sales rep was incredibly transparent and communicated with me constantly. It genuinely felt like I had an ally helping me find my home, and they walked me through every step, which gave me the confidence to go for it. That amazing service hasn't stopped since I moved in. Madison Potts is the best Property Manager I have worked with in a long time. She handled my entire leasing process and was my first point of contact. She made the transition and move in process as easy as possible. The maintenance staff is responsive and ever since I have moved in if I needed anything done they have responded in a timely manner and fixed whatever was wrong.
I had an excellent experience at Grapevine Station thanks to their outstanding team. Madison was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Elijah was knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. Maintenance handled everything quickly and skillfully, showing great expertise. This team truly cares about their residents, and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended!
I am on my third year at Grapevine Station Apartments. The Grapevine Mills Mall and downtown Grapevine are close and easy to get to. The amenities are great and it is a quiet community. The staff is always attentive if something needs to be addressed.
I have lived here for 3 years and these are the worst managers i've ever dealt with. I paid rent on the first, they added fees AFTER and then threatened to evict me after rent was paid. Then they charged me $140 for a late fee after saying it was $75. LETS NOT FORGET THE MOLD THAT GREW IN MY APT FOR OVER A MONTH SO BAD THAT THEY WOULDNT FIX UNTIL THEY HAD TO RIP OUT THE WALL. 0/10 do not recommend
