I am on my third year at Grapevine Station Apartments. The Grapevine Mills Mall and downtown Grapevine are close and easy to get to. The amenities are great and it is a quiet community. The staff is always attentive if something needs to be addressed.
I have lived here for 3 years and these are the worst managers i've ever dealt with. I paid rent on the first, they added fees AFTER and then threatened to evict me after rent was paid. Then they charged me $140 for a late fee after saying it was $75. LETS NOT FORGET THE MOLD THAT GREW IN MY APT FOR OVER A MONTH SO BAD THAT THEY WOULDNT FIX UNTIL THEY HAD TO RIP OUT THE WALL. 0/10 do not recommend
I lived here for about a year and it was truly a pleasant experience! I’ve lived at some other places in the DFW area and they had all sorts of issues from management to pests in the units and that is so far from the situation with these apartments. The property was always thoroughly maintained and kept up to a good standard. I never ran into any pest issues and truly felt safe staying on the property. This was my first apartment renting out and had a wonderful experience at Grapevine Stations Apts. Management (Elijah) made the process simple and was friendly in helping out with any barriers. Apartments are mid luxury and quiet! Thankful for this experience!
This was my 2nd apartment here in Dallas and I was very happy with it! Management seems to have evened out, room was great (quiet, minimal plane noise, not loud neighbors, etc). I renewed twice to stay for almost 3 years. If you’re thinking of a place to stay in grapevine, check it out! Price is about right for the area (mayyyybe a smidge high but it’s worth it). Moving due to new life circumstances, not due to the complex/unit/management
