I would have to agree with Tammy S. Initially, my husband and I were informed that we were going to be required to pay a double deposit (of $1,750) in addition to the first months rent, totaling a whopping $5,250 to move into the home, because our income was "borderline". We live in a great neighborhood love our apartment even think the previous owners to be great but when it comes to property management and Chris Badger with Grapevine Reality we can barely give him a single star. He is inconsistent never let's us know he is coming schedules work to be done and just shows up without notice.
