Recently had my front door and storm door replaced a couple weeks ago. Having a home that is over 50 years old it was needed and we called up Grapevine Pro! Did my roof excellent $10000 cheaper than everybody else
This company approached me about 3-4 years ago claiming they were doing our neighbors roof (they weren't). I needed a new roof anyway so i considered an estimate. HUGE MISTAKE. Their telemarking team continuously calls me, every day, multiple times a day to talk about my inquiry despite telling them I'm no longer interested and my roof was already done. On the rare occasion I answer an unknown number I tell them to take me off the list.
I responded positively to somebody from this company who came by the house. Honestly, I was trying to be kind to someone out there on a very cold day. I also thought they had some ideas that might help us out. They set up a time to come back, and Frank from the company did come back at the agreed time. Frank was a nice and knowledgeable enough guy just trying to do his job, but what I thought was going to be a quick measurement and look from him and then a callback with an estimate soon became an in-house, pretty hard-core s... read more
