This pediatricians office is very outdated. This includes the facility and the way the doctors practice. It’s been under “construction” the entirety my kids have done here. Molding falling off of the walls, rooms that are dingy and barely held together. The doctors and nurses have zero respect for parents time, we have waited more than an hour to be seen and whenever we asked on updates the nurses were incredibly rude. Dr. Koshy and Dr. Scott are both wonderful and the staff are so sweet. They provide great care for my two toddlers and I’m so glad we found this pediatric office!
If I could give zero stars I would. What pediatrician doesn’t let you throw away diapers in their office? Unprofessional nurses, condescending doctors. My mom friends warned me not to come here and I should have listened.
I don’t ever leave reviews, but from the front to the back of the office were the most nicest people. In these days you don’t find that. The receptionist worked to get my insurance verified before the appointments in a very timely manner , so I knew what to expect.It was very pleasant experience. So glad I choose this office.
