-MANDATORY OPTIONS OF $1,000 ON EVERY VEHICLE- Scott, the salesman was pleasant and helpful. He helped me find the car that I wanted, which was still in-transit. I came in to put down a deposit and discuss numbers. The manager said $500 deposit is needed and we can discuss the numbers once the car arrives. I said that before I can do that, I need to mention that I am not interested in LoJack and Tint (unless I can customize the tint). Casen was my salesman and was wonderful. Walked on the lot with no intentions leaving with a car cause I was being tossed back and forth from other salesmen and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and above all honest and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable throughout the experience knowing he was doing what he could do to make me happy and making my bank account happy. Overall I will be back to work with him in the future for whenever I decide to upgrade my ride.

Hey Grapevine Ford Marketing & Finance - charging a 3% credit card fee is the dumbest way to recoup fees. If you really need it just raise prices 3% - most customers wouldn’t notice, but they sure as hell will notice a 3% credit surcharge. Nobody carries checks anymore and most debit cards cap at 500-1000. This policy is sheer stupidity.
