Worst experience I have had at a car dealership. I make an appointment for 2 recall parts and asked for a diagnostic for the abnormal noises coming from my car. From the time I made the appointment to the scheduled date they had 2 days to tell me that they did not have one of my recall parts and they won’t have it for another couple months. We recently purchased our third vehicle from Grapevine Ford. As always, it was a great experience. Our salesperson was Charles Benavides. He was incredible to work with from start to finish. We were on a time crunch and he worked very quickly and efficiently. He even tried to give us cash for the lunch we purchased in their cafe. Food was great too. Very friendly and easy to work with. Samir, my salesperson was great to work with. The management did an excellent job working with me to get the deal I wanted.
