I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from Grapevine Ford in February 2022. At the time, this truck had around 40,000 miles on it, and I now know there was a well-known cam phaser/camshaft issue with this model that Ford had been addressing. I am extremely disappointed because this truck was sold to me, and I trusted the dealership to make sure any known issues or Ford service programs were handled before selling it to me. Great experience. Scott Marvick was wonderful during the whole experience. He showed me how everything worked in the car and was very knowledgeable on the Lincoln Navigator. A major plus was that he took the time to answer my son’s questions. My son is a car guy and I loved the Scott included him on the test drive experience making sure he knew how to whole back vibrating seats and everything worked and he happily answered the several questions my son had. Thank you for the hospitality and I will be back!
