Horrible service, do not call for part information. You’ll be met with the most monotone and bland customer experience you have ever encountered. I recommend any other dodge dealership than this place. Me and the independent shop I work for will never be using this sorry excuse for a “dealership”. Brett the manager is never there and good luck trying to get a response as I’m sure their guys are sweeping all their nonsense under the rug.
I should have read the other reviews before going there. Poor communication. This location and mocking bird I've experienced the same services. The salesman doesn't reach out once you leave the lot. I had to call numerous of time and email.
We had a tremendous experience with Marcus. He helped us choose the right vehicle for our needs. The staff, management and finance could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Don’t waste your time. I was on Facebook and someone reached out to me and I told them I didn’t have good credit and my car wasn’t paid off. They garanteed me they could give me more than what my jeep was worth and could help me. Upon arriving they didn’t show me around or ask me for anything. They literally handed me a tablet without even asking if I wanted to fill out an application.
