I should have read the other reviews before going there. Poor communication. This location and mocking bird I've experienced the same services. The salesman doesn't reach out once you leave the lot. I had to call numerous of time and email.

Don’t waste your time. I was on Facebook and someone reached out to me and I told them I didn’t have good credit and my car wasn’t paid off. They garanteed me they could give me more than what my jeep was worth and could help me. Upon arriving they didn’t show me around or ask me for anything. They literally handed me a tablet without even asking if I wanted to fill out an application. Would give zero stars if I could. Had a warranty issue that caused another problem. I was told that it’s not covered. After multiple back and forth conversations with this dealership, I took it to another dealership for a second opinion. They found an additional leak that is covered and told me that that both should absolutely be covered based on what happened. Don’t take your vehicle to Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
