Is it true the City gets a cut from every hotel recommendation it makes at the Visitor’s Bureau? Is this one of the reasons Mayor Tate is so dead set against Short Term Rentals? Does the city own the land that the Vin is on? And the new water park? And possibly the Disney resort being negotiated? Your citizenship has a right to know why you are wasting taxpayers money on a law suit over Short Term Rentals!
In 30 years of selling I’ve been a part of many chambers, etc. We joined the Grapevine Chamber because the staff is terrific and it offers the best combination of factors (e.g. cost, location, membership) that make sense for our business.
