Make you wait hours, then lose your results… so many people have said the same thing. No results. They do not return calls or emails. It was such a waste of time During a pandemic.
I do not recommend going thru this company for testing. It's been 2+ weeks and I still have not received my PCR results. I have called multiple times and was told by their "answering service" that someone will call me back, but no one actually calls me back. Everything is done through email. Finally, I receive an email that the lab is backed up and my test specimen is no longer viable. I am incredibly frustrated by the poor customer service and lack of accountability.
Grapefruit Medical Clinic is a wonderful asset to the community. I have been going for about a year and constantly receive compliments on my skin.
It's been about 3 months now since I first went to Grapefruit for my checkup and I'm really happy with the service. They were really thorough in making sure everything was checked and made me feel at ease. The facility is really clean, too, which I was very pleasantly surprised by.
