Never got my results... 03/17: never got my results...would call and leave a message through their website. Nothing...good luck figuring out where your sample went to...
I had a PCR Covid test on 1/6 at the Roxborough YMCA in Philadelphia and still no results. This company needs to be shut down. This company charged my cousin’s health Insurance $250. with no results.
I agree with many others who have commented that there should be a way to give negative stars. Our experience was similar. PCR testing done on 12/30/21. No results, EVER. Called, emailed, called and emailed. Filed a complaint with the FTC regarding Covid related fraud on 1/11/22. On Jan. 10th our insurance company paid a claim for an outpatient office visit that was submitted by Grapefruit Health on the 6th of January. **Update** My boyfriend received his PCR results today!! 22 DAYS LATER! And yes, he was positive! Good Job Grapefruit! I did finally receive my rapid results 3 days later, no PCR results. My boyfriend and I were tested at approximately 9:30 am on 1/3 at the Coombs site in Millville NJ. They did both rapid and PCR. I have not received my rapid results yet. I called at 2pm (4.5 hours later) and was told the rapid results could take up to 24 hours. I waited until 12:30pm today and called again. They said they would escalate the... read more
I waited in the cold with a fever for four hours to get a PCR test on December 30th. It has been 19 days and still no results. I emailed them and called at least five times over the past week to ask them to put in a request with the lab to at least check if they even had my test. Nothing. This is unacceptable. I appreciate the staff answering their phone lines, but it does nothing
