I highly recommend Grape Avenue Self Storage and Mika. I had never rented a storage unit before, and Mika was wonderful. She was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. On Sunday, 5/17, I drove from Los Angeles to Sunnyvale and tried very hard to arrive before the storage gate closed at 7 PM. Mika helped set up a temporary access code for me so I could get in after business hours. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until Tuesday because the office was closed on Sunday and Monday. Manager is friendly, personable and very efficient.
I’m a current tenant and just added my second unit here with Ramon. He made the process super easy and I enjoyed working with him. The best storage unit facility in the area by far. He even told me about the added security measures that I wasn’t even aware of. Highly recommend
I came running up to the door right as John Anthony was locking up. I needed to check in and he still helped me. Great customer service.
