Dr Granzier always takes the time to explain any question I have and is always comfortable to be around
I trust Dr Granzeier so well that I recommended him to my daughter and she is a patient of his now.
This doctor was highly recommended to me by my daughter.
Dr Granzeier was very thorough and provided me with different options. He also drew diagrams which helped as I am a visual learner.
He did not understand my current conditions and failed to order even routine tests for proper monitoring. The staff ignored messages and concerns and treated me very poorly.
Rude and dismissive
There are many reasons I have been his patient for over 20 years, but the main reason is that he is simply the best!
Was very impressed that Dr. Granzeier had thoroughly read my chart/records and knew exactly why I was there for an exam. He was very professional and thorough and actually gave me an exam. He found the problem that hadn't been Identified over a 4-week period by the ER with ct scans and xrays, by the Ortho or Internal Medicine with further xrays.
I am part of the Rockford moms group on Facebook. Whenever anyone is looking for a provider Granzeier's name is always in the mix of comments seven times and I always add my experience from Granzeier and his nurses.
