This rating is posted on behalf of Switzerland Tourism North America. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID Granville Island Florist. Our company credit card was overcharged CAD 1’700.- in April 2019 and a refund was requested back then. It is end of October 2019 now and we still have not received the refund yet despite over 70 phone calls and emails to the company and the owner. All checks sent to us were frozen / uncovered. IT’s A NIGHTMARE!
