I have been seeing Dr. Jack Wheeler since January and have appreciated his therapy and the GCC more broadly - I'm moving soon, so I will no longer use their counseling service, but I found it helpful and useful and would reccommed it to anyone in the area.
i followed the preferred method of on line contact only. that was 4 february. this is 21 february. beyond requesting insurance and financial information i have received no response from them. any business that doesn't work for its own interest in building customer base may not be capable of providing the service they advertise. my limited experience with this group is unsatisfactory and i would not recommend them to anyone who feels the need for support or counseling.
The office is in a convenient location, making it easy to access in person, and I absolutely love that they offer telehealth options for added flexibility. The staff at this office go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. They truly make you feel cared for and valued from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend them if you are looking to find someone to help you work through anything you're going through.
