DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy Granville. We got contacted by a neighbor who had a faulty roof. His roof was leaking water down the sides. An engineer stated that the beams were not connected to the roof which means the tiles could have caved in. When he informed Granville their response was to pay for it himself. Darius Assemi forced this 79 old man out of $200,000. No sense of responsibility and no sense of remorse. I will never buy another Granville and I would encourage others to steer away.
Nobody there on a Saturday, had a self tour app but it would just crash on the identity check. Wasted a trip, oh well, the lots look super small anyway.
