granville treats new buyers bad. does not care about its customers. only money. avoid if possible.
Overpriced regular sized homes. Bit crammed. No front yard. Seems like greedy builder to me that wants to make money. Granville used to be decent prices 10 years ago. Not anymore.
I currently work for someone who resides at Copper River Ranch, man oh man these houses the community is a gorgeous view I mean gorgeous.
