Was my first time renting. I applied online, got the viewing setup for the following day. The key was in my hand the first of the month. In total the process took less than two weeks. Everyone is so friendly and efficient in their work.
had a showing and there was people smoking crack outside, the actual unit was so dirty and tiny, there was dead roaches in the bathroom. the cheap rent is not worth it
