I want to share my positive experience with the building manager at Granville Apartments, Daria Ryzhkova (Dasha). She is an absolute professional and incredibly reliable. Whenever an issue arises, she is accountable and ensures it is resolved promptly. Very disappointed with the service. I had an appointment to see a unit and waited for 45 minutes, only to be told that the staff member I was supposed to meet isn’t even working today. It’s unbelievable that the management doesn’t even know who is on duty. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized experience.
