The staff have been great to deal with. Always quick to get back to me, everything is a breeze.
It was a mess when we had first moved in (pee on toilet, layers of dust, mud on ground, dirt in doors, and more) when I requested it get cleaned It was very lightly cleaned. 3 noticeable things were done, thbut rest was left. I didn’t trust the cleaners anymore so I did it myself. There was at least five maintenance things to get taken care of. Adam, our maintenance guy is awesome. I appreciate Amanda who is very accommodating and approachable. She did an excellent job in welcoming us, and bringing our stuff into our room because apparently, our boxes arrived before we arrived in the apartment! We're thankful for that. She was very honest about the situation in the room. She has set our expectations right from the beginning and was really patient in helping us out and answering any queries even after working hours!
