There is a large depression right inside the entrance gate. It cannot be avoided as one drives through the gate. It is inexcusably deep and an embarrassment. For the money you charge, you should have the funds to fix it.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Units are very clean.
When I moved from Arizona, we found ideal self storage on Highway 36 and they were the most accommodating, awesome folks I’ve met. Abby is especially amazing person and help me get situated with all my stuff. Thanks, Abby
Great costumer service and understanding
This is the 3rd time this year they've not had help at this location and won't answer the phone. Online payment has issues as well constantly. How is your lack of keeping staff at a location during your advertised hours my issue? I say Because you made me pay the late fee because you didn't have anyone available to take my payment.....you created this issue yet I have to pay for it? This is NOT the first time I've had this issue and apparently it won't be the last. So Everytime it happens from now on, I'll be making an issue... read more
