I had the pleasure of meeting Ray Kittles who was extremely helpful, polite and patient my name is T. Jones and it's been a great experience keep up the good work.
Upon arriving at our car in the Salisbury Airport parking lot we found it had a dead battery. We called AAA and was connected with Grants Service Center. Tristan called and informed us he would be there within 20 minutes, it took him 15 minutes. Tristan was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about our hybrid car. He had us on our way home in no time. Thank you Tristan.
They have very good service
Christian at Grants Service Center is so punctual and professional. My parents used AAA today when their truck wouldn’t start in this heat. Christian showed in a timely manner and was able to get them back on the road after replacing their battery. He was so friendly and respectful. Thank you Tristan for coming out on a Sunday morning, big holiday weekend, to get my friend's car unlocked! Your fast friendly service was MUCH appreciated. When she got out of her car and locked it her keys fell through a hole in the bag and we didn't know it and locked her car as we were going in to work at midnight. At 8:30 this AM we discovered she had no keys and the car was locked, phones, purse, all IDs were all locked in the car. I had recently purchased wheels and tires for my Chevrolet Colorado at DAG and they tried 2 times to align my truck and it was all jacked up and Bruce got it right. Bruce is the best alignment tech around!!
