I LIVE 1 HOUR AWAY FROM HIS OFFICE. HIS RECEPTIONIST MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME AT 9:00AM ON A FRIDAY MORNING. I ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO RECORD OF AN APPOINTMENT. INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF. WASTED 2 HOURS DRIVING BECAUSE OR HIS STAFF. MORE THAN A LITTLE DISSATISFIED
