We’ve used Grant Termite & Mold services for years. Kenny Grant and Ty are both fantastic. They’re very knowledgeable, explain the process, are super polite and professional. We had termites at a previous home—called Grant T & M, they took care of the problem immediately, and we never had another termite. Reasonable prices, quick response. HIGHLY recommend.

We purchased a home and prior to closing we had a moisture and termite inspection performed by Grant’s (which was the sellers choice of company) We were required to pay for a mold treatment throughout the crawlspace which Grants performed, fast forward 2 months later a crawlspace contractor who was performing work at our home stated we had a lot of mold growing in the crawlspace accompanied by pictures. I love the quick response from Kenny Grant. I have used them since they started their business. If they come to treat the pest and for some odd reason they are not all gone, they will treat them until they are. I give the 100 stars.

I have used Grant's since they first started their business. I have never had the first problem with them. I will recommend them for any of your pest needs.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. They were suppoed to clean and treat my crawlspace for mold. We have security cameras and the man that showed up was only working under the house for about 18 minutes which i personally do not think is enough time to clean the boards alone let alone treat everything after the fact. They were also supposed to treat the deck for carpenter ants and that took about 43 seconds according to the cameras to spray solution on only a portion of the deck.
