Home warranty sent Gray heating and cooling out to our house. The young man they sent. Dylan is a very professional, respectful young man who went above and beyond to make sure we had heat on when the coldest nights of the year thanks a lot, Dylan.

I have to say I was intermediated by all the negative reviews and one stars. My Home Warranty scheduled Grants to come service my home furnace and was repaired within a hour great attitude knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Grants.

This place has horrible customer service! Assigned by home warranty company, they lack communication skills to let you know that they are canceling your appointment. They continue to not show up during scheduled times. They canceled again today but failed to call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the most unprofessional company I ever had to deal with. My warranty company tasked them to repair my duct work, it been over a week and haven't done anything. I've called numerous times to check on the status of my claim. Either they don't call me back or send me straight to voice mail. I finally had to resubmit my claim to request a different company.
