I would give them a negative rating if I could .. very unprofessional And rude and they lack emergency situations to be a priority . Ahs sent them out bc my electrical panel was a fire hazard and I have no electric in half my house and no ac . They recently completed a new HVAC installation at my mom’s house through one of the home warranty companies, and they did an excellent job. Grant’s was assigned by our home warranty company (AHS) and they were fantastic in their quick diagnosis of our electrical outlet issues. Corrected everything in 15 minutes and provided guidance going forward.
Our home warranty had assigned another company initially and it was a very bad experience. They reassigned us this company and it was a much better experience. They had good communication and were friendly.
Had Dylan & Steve Grant fix an electric problem in our house and they did a great job and communicated with us the entire time about what the issue was. We then had another issue with our air conditioner and because first experience with them our first thought was to call them for help again. They did a great job again and found the issue with a couple of minutes. I would suggest them to others with electrical or HVAC issues.
