My husband and I really like Sherry Ann Polen, FNP, BSN, MSN, CNP. She listens to us, doesn’t rush us, has been very thorough and takes the time to explain things well too. She is also quite patient with me for wanting to make lifestyle changes with certain things before jumping immediately to a prescription (depending upon the situation of course) which I very much appreciate because I am very sensitive to pharmaceuticals.
All I can get a hold of is a call center who are of no help. Used to be a good place, but I shouldn't have to struggle like this getting me and my kids medical records transferred. Be warned
The most incompetent group of doctors, nurses and staff I’ve ever seen. I have cancer and have requested an oncologist 10 times (literally) and have not heard anything from Carla. I can’t get medication refilled. Top down the WORST health care I’ve received.
Dr Lee is very knowledgeable caring and precise pays attention cares and respects your beliefs and what you need been going to him for a couple weeks now but I can foresee him being a permanent doctor and even if I moved to Albuquerque I might even just come back to the clinic to stay with on with him and the receptionist there are very nice too very helpful very discreet follow HIPAA very well
