If you love your property, stay far away from Grant’s Estate Agents in Berwick. They are by far the worst property managers we have ever dealt with. We trusted them with our home, and it turned into a complete disaster. The tenants they allowed in destroyed the property, never paid the last 4 weeks of rent, and we lost the entire bond. Grant’s didn’t even bother to do routine inspections, not once, which meant the damage spiraled out of control. Worst customer service. Do not go for them.
I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from Stuart Grant. I inquired about an open inspection for a property in Berwick the night before, and he confirmed it was still going ahead. However, when I arrived at the inspection the following day, no one was present. After waiting over 10 minutes past the scheduled start time, I contacted him, only to be told the property had already been sold. He had forgotten to cancel the inspection and simply laughed it off. Having rented a property from Grant's Real Estate the past few years, we have been so happy with our experience with them. Linda in particular (and also Ashley) has been so responsive to any requests made, she's lovely to communicate with, and even the vacating process was super easy. Thank you very much to the team for making the renting experience so easy; if we ever had to look for a rental again we wouldn't hesitate to go through Grant's.
Don't waste your time... I work for a builder, aiming to source land for our clients to build on. I found a property on Realestate.com in Officer with the address withheld so I contacted the agent to find out more about the land. The agent refused to provide me with any details about the land or the address. What's the point of buying a block of land when you aren't even able to find out what kind of house could be built on it, or an idea on rough costs?
