One of the mechanics I actually trust! Great work and on time with kind professional services.
You can tell just sitting in the waiting area how much he cares about his customers. He chatted with everyone, telling stories, and when the initial assessment was done, very honest about what the issues were, how something like that typically happened, and what it takes to fix it. Definitely not one of those shady places who are in it for the money. I came back for another issue after he fixed something a month ago, and did the work free of charge since my car was just there. Definitely will be returning!
Hands down one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. They posted a trailer as a 2021 model looked great online. I drove 2 hours out of my way to come see it. When I got there, the guy casually says, “Oh, sorry it’s actually a 2018. I thought it was 2021.” No apology, no explanation, nothing. Since I had already made the trip, I was still open to working something out and asked if they’d consider adjusting the price slightly due to the false advertising. His response?
