Grant's replaced a faulty circut board they had installed 6 months ago for not only no charge for the board, but, no charge for the analysis or service charge. Excellent service.
They are prompt and very nice to work with. Explains all questions.
10/2026 Update. High quality service continues . Prompt, efficient and courteous office and field staff. Competitive pricing.
I have been a customer for over 15 years. I have found that the service people they send out are all experienced, some having owned their own business in the past. They are always able to resolve the issue. When I call for a service, their response is very quick. This last visit was for A/C issue. But they have also been here for heater issues. Everything is always resolved quickly and efficiently.
AC unit repair failed and second repair was good but took a couple of weeks in 100 degree heat. Poor feedback on timing.
