Dr. Abu Shahma was a good Doctor when I first met him, but 7 years later to this date, I think he works with the system and it does seem like he sold me out.. Don't trust Doctor Abu Shahma with your life. If he hasn't got a choice for you to choose run and run fast and go get another Doctor
