the best clinic
Specific receptionists here couldn't do the most basic task of providing me the correct date for an orthopedic appointment that I had waited 6-7 months for. I arrived at the place for my appointment to be told I had missed it and was given the wrong date. I called the Grandtham Medical Clinic and told them what had happened and expressed my frustration just for them to try and toss it back in my face and tell me that's impossible because "we don't have logs of us calling you" but their brains are so fried over there that the... read more
I used this clinic the other day and could not believe how fast it was. I must have picked a day when everyone was healthy. lol Dr. Vastis was so nice. Some days I have gone and there have been more people and I expect to wait so this was a great experience being in and out. Front desk girls were very pleasant.
I am surprised the amount of poor stars given for this clinic. I recently had the best experience dealing with them and as a person who works in the medical field myself I can understand that things can get hectic. All the workers at the desk have been phenomenal and kind even when they have the phone lines on hold I’ve never felt rushed. More appreciation needs to be given to this office and their wonderful staff.
Being going to this clinic and pharmacy for years and I have never had any issues. Always happy with both.
