Dr Chandra is so caring and really listens to you as compared to my other dr who just wants to tell you how you are. Clinic is busy on fridays so try not to book that day but still very efficient as a walk in clinic. Receptionists are kind and courteous.
I'm surprised by the bad reviews, maybe this is a reflection of the walk in clinic but my family doctor is here and I've never had an issue. Ive always had friendly and attentive receptionists, I've never had a very long wait and ive always been able to make an appointment when I wanted one. I'm not saying I have the best doctor ever but its not an easy job and he has often sent me to specialist when needed. The nurses are very hospitable. Unfortunately due to the influx of patients at certain times, the consults with the doctor can feel a bit rushed. On my second visit, again I was met with kindness from the nurses. I explained my concerns about the previous consults to this doctor, and he took his time to ensure I felt heard and cared for. Dr. Gorleh doesn’t listen to his patients, he seems frazzled and unorganized. At my last appointment he was eating in front of me and explained that he didn’t have time for breakfast. I have had to repeat myself 3-4 times until I get my point across. He has even turned his computer toward me to find something on it because he could not. He forced me to come in for a requisition for a colonoscopy even though I go every 5 years. Great clinic, I used it as a walk-in a number of times before moving to the area, and now have my family doctor here. I've always received great care and attention for both scheduled and walk-in visits alike.
