Please understand that I had to save up for my glasses & then drive from Wilburton to their Poteau office in order to get my new glasses which I can’t even wear…Always been pleased with Granthams until this last visit.my glasses aren’t even 2 mths old & the nose piece broke last Thursday.Immediately called & was told the $75.00 frames have no 1 yr or any kind of warranty on them & I’m being told by this woman that works there that,they’re not responsible for my replacement frames. I tried getting my daughters eye prescription because I found an eye clinic that takes our insurance. They wouldn't give it to me. They said it's expired. I said I know I just need it to give it to the new doctor so they know where she was at in 2024 and they wouldn't give it to me. The lady was more concerned that I was ordering something not from them.
Great staff. Friendly and thorough.
