Worst eye doctor I have ever been to. I've been wearing glasses for a long time. Needed new reading glasses for work. Gave them specific instructions on what needs to be done so that the glasses work for me. Did they do it? NO. Went back and explained it again. Did they do it this time? NO! If you want good glasses especially for work, DO NOT GO THERE! They will never see me again! Next time I need glasses, I will go to Fort Smith for sure. Paid a lot of money for crappy glasses. Furious!!! Would give no star if I could.
I had an appointment this morning for a diabetic eye exam when I get there they told me there was a $20 copay they did not tell me this over the phone I wasted my time and gas do not go here they were not friendly

Please understand that I had to save up for my glasses & then drive from Wilburton to their Poteau office in order to get my new glasses which I can’t even wear…Always been pleased with Granthams until this last visit.my glasses aren’t even 2 mths old & the nose piece broke last Thursday.Immediately called & was told the $75.00 frames have no 1 yr or any kind of warranty on them & I’m being told by this woman that works there that,they’re not responsible for my replacement frames.
