Dr. ZAchary is the absolute worst provider we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has caused immeasurabe harm to our grandmother. If you are looking for an inattentive provider, who is not actually interested in 'First do no harm' this is the provider for you. For the love of all that's holy, do not entrust this 'physician' with your elderly loved ones.
