I live with multiple sclerosis, chronic migraines, and clinical depression. I worked part-time. I have contracted bacterial pneumonia and hospitalized twice with it. My medical bills are outrageous and the health care provider has not work with me on a monthly payment that fits my budget, I am in medical collections and Grant & Weber is the collector. My 21 year old daughter has been diabetic type 1 since she was 9. We've been dealing with ********* the entire time and because of a billing mistake made by them Grant & Weber wants $960.40 which should have been billed to my insurance. ********* will NOT work with us getting our supplies and neither will GRANT AND WEBER.

I am a mother of a type 1 diabetic girl. As we are aware health care in US is expensive and not accommodating to Americans. I had a collection from the diabetic supply company I am forced to order from due to insurance and yes I am 100% to blame for the collection. However they way I was talked to and treated by this company was horrible. I got in touch with his company spoke with some guy named Robert you told me the day wasn't required to give me any documents pertaining to a collection which they have on my credit report even though I hadn't found him I have the right under the consumer credit Act to request these documents and doing so he got very belligerent and even hung up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor for someone over him this company needs to be investigated under the consumers Act a right for the employees need to be better educated he a... read more

I called 4 times and the account rep never called me back. In the meantime I accrued interest (of course). I simply wanted clarity on what the bill was since I never actually received a bill (nor does my account with the hospital show that I owed money). So, before paying I wanted clarity that this was not a false charge. That said, he alleged to have been "playing phone tag" with me (check our recorded call - you know who you are). There was no tag. I called him four times. He never called me back (no messages on my phone).... read more
