The place is awful. The building I live in it’s like living in mental institution. With guy who live across from me yelling and screaming at night sounds like he’s throwing things. The sounds echo through my apartment. Feels like you living in the the projects. The ladies in the office come off very snooty and attitude like. i have been living at grant village for 11 years. the maintenance is good and always willing to help. the ladies in the office are always nice. it is a good neighborhood. it is alot safer then other parts of Syracuse. also it is nice that shop city is right around the corner. and the buses are easy to catch and located near by.
great staff in the office..always willing to listen to tenants if needed. beautiful and updated apartments. I would highly recommend Grant Village
I've lived here for 30 years! Good neighborhood, great staff, excellent maintenance!
It’s clean, Maintance is right there when called I never had a problems getting things fixed I would definitely recommend to any one . I would give a 41/2 stars
Level the cursed place and start over.
