As my lease renewal is coming due, they just raised my rent by 165 dollars!!! A tiny 360 sq foot apartment? This isn't the Ritz. This is a place where the police are always being called. A woman next store was beaten and stabbed to death here by a fellow tenant last year. I've only made min wage since moving here. People barely scratching by can't afford these kinds of price hikes. I’ve resided @Grant Village for 31 years! The 520 apartment complex is located in a great neighborhood! The wonderful ladies in the office/maintenance men are non-judgmental, fair, caring, professional, ethical, HUMANE, an absolute pleasure to dialogue with 100% of the time! They’re doing everything in their power to effectively upgrade living conditions for their tenants! They are a delight to interact with!
