Change your hours on google and facebook if no one is going to be in office to take payments please. This is the third time that no one has been in the office when i go to pay the monthly fees. very frustrating having to work out a different time to go pay so i wont have a late fee added.
I’d recommend, by far one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Nice neighborhood, close to a lot of stores, restaurants, parks, and if you have an issue with your unit they get on it right away!
Some sketchy looking properties, rundown, messy yards. There are also some modern trailers and beautiful yards. Management seems aloof.
The people who run this place are incompetent, pathetic.
Rent has more than doubled since I moved in.
