I’d recommend, by far one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Nice neighborhood, close to a lot of stores, restaurants, parks, and if you have an issue with your unit they get on it right away!
Some sketchy looking properties, rundown, messy yards. There are also some modern trailers and beautiful yards. Management seems aloof.
The people who run this place are incompetent, pathetic.
Rent has more than doubled since I moved in.
Excellent maintenance, friendly and helpful office staff, really feel like I have been invited into a community.
