I was quoted $75, but charged $111. When I called to question the price, I was told the driver probably didn’t realize the distance, and my tow was 2 miles beyond the 10 for local. There was no apology, no offer if a refund, nothing. The actual tow was quick, but customer service in the office, disappointing.
They were repairing a little door damage on my car and decided to go ahead and fix my dented bumper too. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service in a long time. I’m a raving fan. I also do hair and will be sharing my story with many.
came and towed my car out of a flooded area when no one else could. highly recommend.
